Ananda Development Launches MIRA VALLEY in Phuket

Ananda Development has unveiled MIRA VALLEY, a $1.4 billion luxury residential project in Phuket. Situated within an untouched forest spanning 8,000 acres, the development offers over 100 kilometers of nature trails and equestrian facilities. MIRA VALLEY, located between Kamala Mountain and Bang Niao Dum Reservoir, is designed as the "15-Minute Centre of Living", blending tranquility with urban convenience.

The first phase covers 55 acres, with over 20% preserved under LEED platinum criteria. The Sandals & Boots Club serves as a social hub with a pool, fitness center, sports facilities, café, and restaurant. Residential options include Anann Villas, Mount Mono luxury villas, and Punyisa Pachira, with prices starting from USD 1 million to 3.4 million.

The project emphasizes sustainability through solar power systems and water management. It partners with Bangkok Hospital Phuket to support its infrastructure goals. MIRA VALLEY aims to build a vibrant, eco-friendly community, focusing on well-being and adventure.
