Aperam announces change in its management team
Luxembourg, May 27, 2024 - Aperam, a leading stainless steel company, has announced a change within its management team. Bernard Hallemans, CTSO of Aperam and CEO of Aperam Recycling, has decided to take a one-year sabbatical from August 1, 2024.
Under the leadership of Bernard Hallemans, Aperam has made significant advances in its sustainability roadmap and has begun to harness the potential of the Recycling & Renewables segment.
Following this departure, Jan Hofmann, currently COO Aperam Services and Solutions, will take over the leadership of our sustainability organization and assume the role of CEO of Aperam Recycling. Jan Hofmann brings extensive industry experience and a strong strategic focus. We wish him much success in this new role.
