Aperam publishes a notification of participation in accordance with the Transparency Law
On June 12, 2024, Aperam SA announced the availability of a participation notification in the OAM electronic database of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. This publication complies with Luxembourg law as well as the Grand-Ducal regulation of January 11, 2008 relating to transparency requirements for issuers of securities.
