Ms. Frazer will play a key role in financial optimization and development planning for Barton’s Tunkillia Gold Project. Her background includes significant roles with Normandy Mining, Beach Energy, and KPMG, focusing on securing non-dilutive funding incentives.

Nicola's expertise is expected to benefit Barton as it aims to further its project-level development initiatives and financing strategies. Since its IPO in 2021, Barton has generated approximately $10 million in non-dilutive funding through asset monetization and grant programs.
