Approval of resolutions by the General Meeting of Forsee Power

Paris, June 25, 2024 – 5:45 p.m. CEST – Forsee Power, expert in intelligent battery systems for sustainable electromobility, announces that its Combined General Meeting (AGM) of June 21, 2024 reached the necessary quorum and was able to validly deliberate.

After responding to written questions from shareholders, a modification was made to the third resolution concerning the allocation of the results for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. The loss for the financial year, amounting to 30,368,512 euros, will be assigned to the item “Retained earnings”.

The changes suggested by the shareholders were approved by the Board of Directors. When the meeting resumed, all the resolutions, including the third amended resolution, were adopted, with the exception of the 39th resolution.
