Arbonia Appoints Uwe Schiller as New Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Arbonia AG has announced the appointment of Uwe Schiller as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of Group Management, effective October 2024. Schiller will succeed Daniel Wüest, who is leaving the company on 30 September 2024 as part of a strategic reorientation towards the door business. Wüest departs at his own request.

Uwe Schiller, 57, brings extensive experience to his new role. He commenced his career in 1996 at Philips in Zürich and later joined Sunrise in 1999. Throughout his career at Sunrise, Schiller held various positions within the finance department, specializing in Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, and Investor Relations. He became CFO of Sunrise in 2020 and was most recently the Group CFO of Eraneos Group. Schiller holds both German and Swiss citizenship and has a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Information Technology from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
