ARGAN's 2024 ESG Report: CO2 Emissions Down by 33.5%
ARGAN, the French real estate company specializing in premium warehouses, has released its 2024 ESG report. Notably, CO2 emissions saw a significant reduction of 33.5% from 2022. This decrease is attributed to energy-saving policies, the implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS), and Aut0nom®, a "Net Zero" warehouse solution.
Social initiatives continued to strengthen as ARGAN introduced free shares for employees and maintained attractive compensation structures. The company also improved its ESG governance, drafting charters on anti-corruption, ethics, and IT & personal data management.
These efforts led to ARGAN's ESG risk rating being upgraded from 'moderate' to 'low' by Sustainalytics and receiving a silver medal by Ethifinance. The 2024 ESG report sets the stage for future developments in sustainable logistics real estate.
