Arverne Group’s Annual General Meeting Approves All Resolutions

The Annual General Meeting of Arverne Group took place on June 7, 2024, in Paris, chaired by Pierre Brossollet, the Chairman and CEO. Shareholders voted electronically, by mail, or via proxy, with the option to vote in person as well. All thirty-seven proposed resolutions were approved as recommended by the Board of Directors.

Key resolutions included the approval of the 2023 financial statements and corporate mandate contracts for Pierre Brossollet and Sébastien Renaud. The shareholders also appointed Bruno Gérard as a Director for a three-year term and approved compensation policies for 2024.

Pierre Brossollet highlighted the company's 2023 achievements and future ambitions for 2030. He expressed gratitude for the shareholders' trust and emphasized the company’s commitment to harnessing underground resources for the energy transition.
