Asia Green Biotechnology Corp. Announces Termination of Letter of Intent
Calgary, AB / ACCESSWIRE / August 21, 2024 / Asia Green Biotechnology Corp. ("Asia Green" or the "Company") announced the termination of the previously declared acquisition agreement dated February 9, 2024. This agreement involved the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Burton Growers Ltd. and Green-Sight Agri-Holdings Inc.
Asia Green's management attributes this decision to delays in obtaining regulatory approval and the continuing negative market conditions. They stressed that the withdrawal does not reflect the quality of the properties involved.
The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) neither evaluated the merits of the proposed transaction nor approved or disapproved the content of this news release.
