Asplundh Acquires Chevron Group in New Zealand
WILLOW GROVE, PA / ACCESSWIRE / June 18, 2024 / Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC has acquired the Chevron Group. This group includes Chevron Traffic Services and Chevtrain. It is a provider of traffic management, planning, and training services in Greater Auckland, New Zealand.
Chevron Group, based in Mount Wellington, employs over 250 people across six locations in northern New Zealand. It provides reliable traffic control and training services for various sectors including utility and construction.
"We are excited to welcome Chevron to the Asplundh family," said Greg Fitzgerald, Managing Director of Asplundh Australia and New Zealand. He emphasized Chevron's commitment to safety and quality and looked forward to expanding their services.
Asplundh acquired the Chevron Group through its subsidiary Blair Mill Holdings. Dentons served as legal advisor for the acquisition.
