Atos Origin Receives Offer for Acquisition of Key Divisions
Paris, France – June 14, 2024 – Atos SE has received a non-binding confirmatory offer from the French State for the potential acquisition of its Advanced Computing, Mission-Critical Systems, and Cybersecurity Products businesses. The proposed enterprise value stands at €700 million.
The offer originates from discussions initiated on April 29, 2024. Atos' Board, supervised by Conciliator Maître Hélène Bourbouloux, will further discuss this proposal. There is no certainty of finalizing a definitive agreement.
Additionally, Atos aims to finalize a financial restructuring agreement with the Onepoint consortium and financial creditors by July 2024. This process may involve accelerated safeguard proceedings, solely impacting financial creditors and shareholders.
