Atos SE completes its capital increase of 233 million euros

Atos SE announced the settlement and delivery of its capital increase with preferential subscription rights (DPS), totaling €233 million. This operation allowed the issuance of 63,062,910,207 new shares on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

The distribution of the new shares includes an irreducible and reducible subscription, as well as the application of guarantee commitments by creditors. Atos reports a significant dilution for existing shareholders, with a majority of 70.6% of the new shares held by creditors.

This strategy is part of a safeguard plan approved by the Nanterre Commercial Court, providing for the conversion of debt into equity, which could affect the share price. Details of this plan are available in the prospectus approved by the AMF.
