Atos Shareholders and Creditors Convened for Accelerated Safeguard Plan Vote

Paris, France, September 6, 2024 – The Specialized Commercial Court of Nanterre has opened accelerated safeguard proceedings for Atos SE, starting from July 23, 2024, for an initial duration of two months, renewable for an additional two months. The accelerated safeguard is focused solely on Atos' financial restructuring and involves only financial creditors and shareholders.

The court appointed SELARL FHBX and SELARL AJRS as judicial administrators. Affected shareholders and creditors will vote on the draft accelerated safeguard plan either electronically or in person on September 27, 2024. Voting procedures and related documents are available on Atos' website.

The draft plan, developed with the assistance of judicial administrators and subject to amendments up to 10 days before the vote, will be reviewed by the Specialized Commercial Court of Nanterre. Voting results will be published on Atos' website after the vote.
