AT&S CEO Function to be Newly Advertised

Andreas Gerstenmayer has resigned as CEO of AT&S, effective October 1, 2024. Dr. Peter Schneider, previously Deputy CEO, will serve as “Spokesman of the Management Board” on an interim basis. The Management Board will take over Gerstenmayer's responsibilities until a new CEO is appointed.

AT&S, an Austrian technology company, will start a search for a new CEO in the coming months. Both internal and external candidates will be considered. Gerstenmayer has led AT&S since February 2010, helping it become a global leader in microelectronics.

The Supervisory Board praised Gerstenmayer’s leadership in driving growth and securing major technology clients. Gerstenmayer stated that AT&S is well prepared for future challenges, making it a good time for the leadership transition.
