Availability of Preparatory Documents for Deezer’s Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024
Paris, May 23, 2024 – Deezer invites its shareholders to attend the annual general meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 3.00 p.m. (Paris time). The event will take place at the Aéroclub de France, located at 6 rue Galilée, 75116 Paris, France.
The notice of meeting, including the agenda, draft resolutions, and attendance and voting information, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 6, 2024. This notice is available on Deezer’s website.
The convening notice will be published in BALO and a French Journal d’Annonces Légales on May 29, 2024. It will include participation and voting conditions for the meeting.
Documents referenced in Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code will be available to shareholders from the convening date on Deezer’s website. Additionally, documents referred to in Article R. 22-10-23 can already be consulted online.
