Avolta Secures JFK Terminal 8 Concession Contracts

Avolta AG has announced new contracts for retail and food & beverage (F&B) concessions at JFK International Airport’s Terminal 8. These agreements, in partnership with The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Airports, and American Airlines, are part of a $125 million terminal redevelopment plan. This move follows Avolta's recent success in Terminal 6, contributing an estimated 3% boost to the company's North American revenues.

Avolta aims to enhance the travel experience by offering New York City-inspired culinary and retail experiences. Their F&B offerings include the introduction of Eataly and Momofuku’s Peach Palace, bringing renowned local flavors to international customers, projected to comprise 64% of Terminal 8's enplanements in 2025. Additionally, Avolta’s Hudson brand will introduce travel convenience and tech stores alongside locally curated shops.
