Axa Investment Managers Crosses Thresholds in MERCIALYS
MERCIALYS, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced a threshold crossing concerning Axa Investment Managers. Indeed, by letter received on August 27, 2024, the latter indicated that, on August 26, 2024, it had crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of MERCIALYS.
Axa Investment Managers now holds 4,618,962 shares, representing as many voting rights, or 4.92% of the capital and voting rights of MERCIALYS. This holding is divided between Axa Real Estate Investment Managers SGP SA with 4,308,962 shares (4.59%) and Axa Investment Managers Paris SA with 310,000 shares (0.33%).
This crossing of thresholds results from a transfer of shares, carried out both on the market and off the market.
