AXA Real Estate exceeds 5% of the capital of MERCIALYS

On July 5, 2024, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers SGP SA informed that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of MERCIALYS. The transaction closed on July 3, 2024.

AXA Real Estate now holds 4,708,414 MERCIALYS shares, or 5.02% of the capital and voting rights. This acquisition was made both on-market and off-market.

AXA Investment Managers SA, acting collectively, holds a total of 5,008,414 shares, representing 5.33% of the capital and voting rights, without having crossed any additional threshold.
