AXA Updates on Voting Rights and Share Capital Structure

On February 14, 2025, AXA disclosed key data regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of January 31, 2025, AXA's total share capital consists of 2,214,797,873 shares. These shares correspond to a total of 2,662,144,064 voting rights. This calculation includes all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

AXA's bylaws stipulate additional disclosure requirements. Any individual or entity that independently or collaboratively acquires shares representing 0.5% of the company's capital or voting rights must notify AXA within five days. This notification must include the number of shares and voting rights held. It must also be repeated when this threshold is crossed in either direction.
