AXP Energy Progresses with Gas-to-Power Data Centre Project

AXP Energy Limited has commenced work on its first gas-to-power data centre operation in Colorado. Two modular data centres (MDCs), in partnership with Blackhart Technologies, are ready for setup at the Pathfinder site. Blackhart will operate 589 Bitmain S19J Pro Antminers for Bitcoin mining within these centres.

AXP aims to ensure consistent gas and electricity supply, focusing on maintenance of power supply infrastructure. The company plans additional MDCs at JW Powell and Kelce Court, leveraging their Pathfinder Field's 744 BCF Contingent Resources for extensive off-grid power generation.

This venture marks AXP's initial step in monetizing its stranded gas assets through a Joint Development Agreement with Blackhart. Further developments at Pathfinder are anticipated to expand the company's off-grid power generation capacity.
