Axway Software: Declaration of Transactions on Own Shares

Paris, August 8, 2024 - Axway Software SA announced in detail the purchases of its own shares carried out from July 15 to 19, 2024. These operations are part of the share buyback authorization granted by the General Meeting mixed on May 16, 2024. The total daily volume of transactions amounts to 933 shares, with an average acquisition price of €29.33 per share, for a total amount of €27,360.

All transactions were executed by Crédit Industriel et Commercial for hedging operations. Transaction details, in compliance with European Regulation No 596/2014, show purchases at different times of the day at unit prices varying between €29.20 and €29.40 per share.
