Axway Software Discloses Share Buyback Transactions

Paris, May 20, 2024 – Axway Software SA has released details of its share buyback activities for the period from April 29 to May 3, 2024. The buyback was carried out in accordance with the authorization given by the Combined General Meeting on May 11, 2023. The Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) for Axway Software is 96950022O6SP7FQONJ77.

During the period, Axway purchased a total of 3,868 shares at a weighted average acquisition price of €24.82 per share. The transactions amounted to a total value of €96,015. All transactions were executed on the XPAR market. The transaction dates and volumes are as follows:

On April 29, 2024, 1,053 shares were bought at €24.82 per share. On April 30, 2024, 1,162 shares were acquired at €25.03 each. A total of 838 shares were purchased on May 2, 2024, at €24.75 per share. Lastly, 815 shares were bought on May 3, 2024, at €24.61 per share.
