Axway successfully completes €131 million capital increase
Axway has announced the success of its capital increase with shareholders' preferential subscription rights. This operation raised approximately €131 million, with a subscription rate of 123%, and 99% of preferential rights exercised.
The funds raised will partially finance the acquisition of Sopra Banking Software, scheduled for September 2, 2024. During the subscription period, total demand reached approximately €160.2 million.
Following this increase, Axway will issue 8,112,597 new shares, representing approximately 37.5% of its current share capital. The issuance and trading of these new shares on Euronext Paris are scheduled for August 27, 2024.
