Concomitantly, the meeting notice for the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 4, 2024, is also published online, with prior notification published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on April 29, 2024.

Any additional documents will be accessible at the company's headquarters and on its website no later than May 14, 2024.
