BENETEAU: Results of the Votes of the General Meeting of June 4, 2024
The BENETEAU company held its Combined General Meeting on June 4, 2024. The votes have been consolidated and show strong shareholder participation.
The total number of voting securities was 80,757,296, with 62,525,702 securities actually voting. On these titles, 107,937,373 votes were cast.
At this meeting, all proposed resolutions were adopted, often with an overwhelming majority. For example, resolution #1 received 99.550% votes in favor, while resolution #3 was unanimously approved with 100% votes in favor.
The Extraordinary General Meeting also saw all its resolutions adopted, like resolution no. 18 which obtained 100% of the votes.
The results illustrate strong shareholder support for the decisions taken by BENETEAU.
