Berkem Group: Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares as of June 28, 2024

The Berkem Group has communicated the figures relating to its share capital and voting rights for the month of June 2024. As of June 28, 2024, the number of shares making up the share capital is 17,767,652.

The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 29,838,021. This figure includes all shares, even those deprived of voting rights, and serves as the basis for calculating threshold crossings. In terms of net voting rights, the Berkem Group holds 29,662,421, corresponding to the voting rights exercisable at the General Meeting.
