BIC announces details of the 2024 Combined General Meeting
The Combined General Meeting of the BIC Company will be held on May 29, 2024 in Paris. The event, combining the Ordinary and Extraordinary formats, will take place at the Cloud Business Center. Shareholders can now access the necessary documents online via the official BIC website.
The notices published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and the Journal Spécial des Sociétés will inform of various aspects of the Meeting, including the agenda and proposed resolutions. Registered shareholders will receive their meeting file personally. A live broadcast of the meeting is planned, with later availability on a delayed basis on the website.
