Bilendi presents two innovative projects based on BARI AI at ESOMAR congress
Bilendi, the European leader in technology and data for market research, presented two innovative projects at the ESOMAR World Congress in Athens, using its BARI generative artificial intelligence via the Bilendi Discuss platform.
The Mindful Heroes project explores the experiences of Ukrainian youth in partnership with Zinc Network. BARI analyzes the responses shared via WhatsApp to highlight key points from the study.
The second project, “AI Enhanced Market Research,” illustrates the division of labor between humans and AI through two case studies conducted with Givaudan. BARI moderated discussions on fast food menus and processed meat, providing synthesized analyses to the company.
Marc Bidou, CEO of Bilendi, expresses his pride in this recognition and announces future AI improvements, including the creation of discussion guides and automated summary reports.
