BlackRock crosses threshold at ORANGE
On November 26, 2024, ORANGE announced that BlackRock, Inc., via letter, had crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of its capital. On November 25, 2024, BlackRock held 129,387,788 ORANGE shares representing 4.86% of the capital and 4.08% of the voting rights. This movement results from an off-market sale of shares and a reduction in shares held as collateral.
BlackRock manages these shares on behalf of clients and funds, exercising the associated voting rights at its discretion, unless otherwise instructed by its clients. Portions of these shares are associated with ADRs, contracts for differences with no maturity, and loan and borrowing agreements. BlackRock also holds shares not included in the initial disclosure for which clients retain voting rights.
