BlackRock Crosses Threshold at Publicis Groupe
On September 24, 2024, Publicis Groupe SA announced that it had received a threshold crossing declaration from BlackRock, Inc. According to this declaration, dated September 23, 2024, BlackRock has crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of Publicis Groupe's voting rights, now holding 4.97% of the voting rights and 5.45% of the capital.
This threshold crossing was caused by an off-market sale of shares and a reduction in shares held as collateral. BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and management funds, holds 13,858,822 Publicis Groupe shares, or 5.45% of the total capital.
These actions include in particular ADRs, contracts for differences and shares held as collateral. The company specifies that certain shares are held while retaining control of the voting rights on behalf of its clients.
