BlackRock crosses threshold in SOCIETE GENERALE
On August 27, 2024, SOCIETE GENERALE announced that BlackRock, Inc. has crossed the threshold of 5% of voting rights in its capital. BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, now holds 47,000,713 SOCIETE GENERALE shares.
These shares represent 5.79% of the capital and 5.23% of the voting rights of SOCIETE GENERALE. This threshold crossing is due to an increase in the number of shares held as collateral by BlackRock.
It should be noted that these shares include ADRs, contracts for differences with no expected maturity, shares held through securities lending agreements and shares held as collateral.
