BlackRock Crosses Thresholds at VEOLIA
On September 20, 2024, VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT announced that BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds, has crossed the thresholds of 5% of VEOLIA's capital and voting rights downwards. Following an off-market sale, BlackRock now holds 4.89% of the capital and voting rights, or 36,224,250 shares.
This crossing results from a sale of VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT shares and a reduction in shares held as collateral. BlackRock also specified that it holds 147,415 shares under securities lending and borrowing agreements and 37,253 shares as collateral, as well as 4,012,220 shares for which the voting rights remain controlled by its clients.
