BlackRock exceeds 5% of Veolia Environnement capital
On September 19, 2024, Veolia Environnement published a threshold crossing declaration, in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code.
BlackRock, Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds, informed by mail that it had acquired, on September 18, 2024, more than 5% of the capital and voting rights of Veolia Environnement. BlackRock now holds 37,337,820 shares, or 5.04% of the capital and voting rights of Veolia.
This increase results from the purchase of shares on the market and the increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
