BlackRock Inc. crosses the threshold of 5% stake in TELEPERFORMANCE
On June 3, 2024, the company BlackRock Inc., based in New York, declared that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of TELEPERFORMANCE. Through an acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in shares held as collateral, BlackRock now holds 3,022,848 shares, representing 5.001% of the capital and 4.88% of the voting rights of the company.
The investment manager has the discretionary power to exercise the voting rights attached to the securities held. This increase in participation is part of a portfolio management strategy on behalf of various clients and funds.
