BlackRock Reduces Its Stake in ARKEMA
BlackRock Inc., located in New York, communicated on April 29, 2024 a significant drop in its holding of shares in the chemical group ARKEMA. The downward crossing of the 5% threshold was recorded on April 26, 2024, reducing its ownership to 4.88% of the capital and 3.93% of the voting rights.
This reduction is mainly due to a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral. Following these transactions, BlackRock manages a total of 3,660,111 ARKEMA shares for its clients. This movement takes place in a context where BlackRock has the discretionary power to exercise voting rights on behalf of its clients, unless otherwise indicated by them.
