Board of Directors Changes at Diamcor Mining Inc.

Diamcor Mining Inc., a Canadian diamond mining and trading company, has announced the departure of Mr. Sheldon Nelson from its board of directors for personal reasons. Mr. Nelson has long contributed to the company's development. Diamcor plans to soon appoint a new independent director and communicate its growth objectives.

The company is known for its long-term strategic alliance with Tiffany & Co. and focuses its efforts on the Krone-Endora at Venetia project in South Africa, adjacent to De Beers' Venetia diamond mine. This project benefits from favorable conditions for low-cost operations, thanks to accessible deposits and the infrastructure developed by the proximity to the Venetia mine.

The partnership with Tiffany & Co. Canada allows Diamcor a first right of refusal on the diamond production from the Krone-Endora project, in addition to financial support to accelerate the project's development. Significant progress has been made, including the acquisition of prospecting rights and obtaining a mining right for a portion of the project.
