Bold Ventures Acquires 100% Ownership of Traxxin Gold Project and Expands Property

Bold Ventures Inc. (TSXV:BOL) has completed the final cash payment of $40,000 to secure 100% ownership of the Traxxin Gold Project. The project now carries a 2% NSR in favor of the vendor, with the option to buy back 1% for $1 million.

The company has also staked 34 additional claims northeast of the Traxxin Property. These claims may extend the Traxxin shear zone or reveal subparallel shears prospective for gold mineralization.

The Traxxin Gold Project, located 130 km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario, is road accessible via TransCanada Highway 11. The project is permitted until September 2026 for various exploration activities including drilling and surveying.
