Bolloré Group simplification project: details and implications

The Bolloré Group announced simplification operations on September 12, 2024. These operations include mergers and public withdrawal offers followed by mandatory squeeze-outs. The shares of Compagnie du Cambodge and Financière Moncey will see their nominal value divided by 100. Subsequently, mergers-absorptions will be carried out with the companies Société des Chemins de Fer et Tramways du Var et du Gard and Compagnie des Tramways de Rouen.

Affected shareholders will receive new shares of the acquiring entities at a specified parity. Public withdrawal offers involve cash payments or exchanges for UMG shares. The attached table provides an overview of the amounts and shares involved in this process.
