Bonduelle Releases Monthly Share and Voting Rights Update

Bonduelle has published its monthly statement of the number of shares and voting rights. This update is provided in compliance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Market Authority.

As of July 31, 2024, the total number of shares forming the company's share capital stood at 32,630,114. The theoretical total number of voting rights attached to these shares was 52,417,136. The actual total, excluding shares without voting rights, was 51,832,045.
