Boron One Announces Closing of Financing
Boron One Holdings Inc. ("Boron One" or the "Company") (TSXV:BONE) has announced the closing of a non-brokered Unit Private Placement (the "Financing"). The Company raised $132,000 through the sale of 2,640,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per unit. A finder's fee of $7,320 was paid to a qualified finder.
Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.07 for a period of 30 months from the date of closing. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital.
Securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period until October 8, 2024.
