Bowman and Brooke Expands with New Philadelphia Office and National Hires

Bowman and Brooke LLP has opened a new office in Philadelphia, enhancing their product liability litigation capabilities. The Philadelphia office will be led by Partners Dennis Ziemba and Jacquelyn Ager. Additionally, the firm has hired 10 attorneys across several states including Detroit, Orange County, Austin, and New York, bolstering their nationwide presence.

Firm Chair Paul Cereghini highlighted the strategic advantage of establishing a physical presence in Philadelphia to defend cases more effectively across various jurisdictions. Dennis Ziemba, expressing his enthusiasm about joining the firm, acknowledged the alignment of his practice with Bowman and Brooke's expertise in product liability.

The firm also welcomed back Partners Austin Henderson, Patrick Raue, and Tucker Dowling, all rejoining to focus on defending consumer warranty and lemon law litigation.
