Branicks Group AG Achieves High ESG Ranking and EPRA Awards

Branicks Group AG, a prominent real estate company based in Germany, has achieved significant advancements in its ESG performance and recognition. In the latest Morningstar Sustainalytics ranking, Branicks secured the third position among 158 companies in its sector, improving its standing from the previous year. This places it 27th globally out of over 16,000 companies assessed across industries.

Additionally, Branicks received Gold Awards in the 2024 EPRA Annual Report Survey for its annual and sustainability reports, a distinction it has maintained for several years. This reflects Branicks' commitment to ESG as a core aspect of its strategy. The company continues to focus on sustainability, expanding its portfolio to include renewable assets and boosting its green building ratio to 44.2%.

Branicks is also recognized in other ESG ratings and participates in global initiatives like the UN Global Compact.
