Britvic Plc Announces Correction in Director Shareholding
Britvic Plc has issued a correction to its earlier announcement dated 21 May 2024. The correction pertains to the price per share, which has been amended from 10.04 pence to 1004 pence. All other details remain unchanged.
The Share Incentive Plan (SIP) allows employees to buy ordinary shares using salary deductions and receive matching free shares. The following directors participated in the plan: Simon Litherland, who purchased 14 shares and received 5 matching shares, and Rebecca Napier, who purchased 15 shares and received 5 matching shares.
As a result, Simon Litherland now holds 449,866 shares, constituting 0.18% of the issued share capital. Rebecca Napier holds 239 shares.
This correction was made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation and disseminated by EQS Group.
