Britvic plc Announces Director Shareholdings Under SIP

On 20 June 2024, Britvic plc disclosed that two of its Executive Directors, Simon Litherland and Rebecca Napier, have purchased shares under the company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP). The SIP allows employees to acquire ordinary shares at their own expense and receive matching free shares.

Specifically, Litherland and Napier each purchased 16 partnership shares at 963.50 pence per share. Additionally, they each received 5 matching shares at no extra cost, purchased at the same price by the SIP trustees.
