Britvic Plc Announces Total Voting Rights

On July 1, 2024, Britvic Plc disclosed its updated share capital and voting rights. As of June 30, 2024, the company's issued share capital totals 248,906,262 ordinary shares. Each share holds a par value of 20 pence and carries one vote.

The company reported it does not hold any shares in treasury. Britvic also operates a Level 1 American Depositary Share (ADS) programme. In this scheme, two shares equate to one ADS, and these shares are traded on the OTCQX market. All ADSs form part of the total shares reported.

Shareholders can use the figure of 248,906,262 shares to determine their required notifications under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
