Brödernas Group AB Reports Decline in Q3 2024 Performance

Brödernas Group AB has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2024. Net sales for the period from July to September were SEK 129 million, down from SEK 144 million in the same quarter last year. EBITDA decreased significantly, reaching SEK 2 million compared to SEK 16 million previously.

For the nine months ending September 30, net sales totaled SEK 390 million, and EBITDA stood at SEK 14 million, both showing declines from the prior year. Operational cash flow was negative, at SEK -40 million.

The company has surpassed its net leverage ratio limit, which constitutes a default under its bond terms. Consequently, Brödernas and its subsidiaries are undergoing restructuring. This includes potential closures of several restaurant locations failing to meet sustainable operational goals.
