BSA 2023-RY Exercise Monitoring Table at GAUSSIN

As of November 18, 2024, GAUSSIN has published information regarding the 2023-RY Warrants (BSA). Two main investors, Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC LTD and YA II PN, Ltd., have each subscribed for 3,500,000 BSAs.

Prior to the exercise, 2,700,000 BSAs were outstanding for each of the two investors. On that date, 500,000 BSAs were exercised by each investor, with a unit exercise price of €1.00. Thus, 500,000 new shares were subscribed on that occasion.

In total, after these operations, 4,400,000 BSAs remain to be exercised, 2,200,000 for each investor. This situation follows GAUSSIN's previous press release of August 2, 2023.
