Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital have acquired a majority stake in BSI Software AG, a leading CRM and CX software provider. This new partnership marks the exit of Capvis Equity V LP after a four-year tenure. The transaction aims to support BSI's customer-oriented growth strategy and further expansion in Europe.

With over 25 years of experience, BSI offers a holistic software platform known as "BSI Customer Suite," used extensively in sectors like financial services, insurance, energy, and retail. The modern cloud solution integrates industry-specific processes, ensuring high automation and consistent data flow.
