BUREAU VERITAS: Revelation on the Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of April 30, 2024
The Bureau Veritas group has communicated its figures regarding the total shares outstanding and voting rights as of April 30, 2024. According to the document, the company recorded a total number of shares outstanding amounting to 453,956,851, including possibly new shares resulting from the exercise of options since the beginning of January 2024.
Concerning voting rights, Bureau Veritas announces that it has 583,482,088 theoretical voting rights. The exercisable voting rights, for their part, amount to 579,632,030. This official count complies with the requirements of article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
