Founded in Princeton, New Jersey in 2010, Cactus Life Sciences is recognized for its transformative global operations providing top-tier science and innovation. nspm, established 27 years ago, specializes in medical communications and rare disease event management. eluSCIdate, its affiliate company, began operations in 2020 concentrating on scientific publications.

This merger is part of an effort to enhance global medical communications services, integrating comprehensive approaches from the US, UK, Switzerland, and Japan.
